HOW DID IT ALL BEGIN?

Early Bird General Registration ends March 1, 2013 (5pm EDT)

Final registration Deadline is March 31, 2013 (11:59pm EDT)

This form can be used to register up to two people at a time of the same ticket class (Student, Faculty, General Public) for the conference and/or pre-conference forum. If you want to register additional people, you must a use a different username and email account each time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Note: Registration includes admission to all sessions on April 5 and 6, educational materials, lunch on Saturday, plus a professionaly produced set of DVDs featuring all conference plenary and breakout sessions (a $50 value).
